Policies & Procedures

This document details our policies and procedures: what we do at YLA, why we do it, and how we do it. This document does not need to be signed by our members. By becoming a member of YLA, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures as listed in the document. Please read through the document before registering for YLA.

YLA Private Member Agreement

This document details what YLA is as an organization, and what our families are agreeing and committing to by joining YLA. Signing a Private Member Agreement means our families are voluntarily joining together to create a group that functions with common goals and values. The document lists those goals and values. Our families are required to sign this document before registering for YLA.

YLA Scholar Contract

This document is written directly to the Scholar, and is required to be signed by both the attending Scholar and their parent. It details the expectations of Scholars attending YLA. Standards, behavior, dress code, technology use, attendance, and participation are addressed. 

Hold Harmless Agreement

This document must be signed by each family prior to registering for YLA. Signing the form means the family releases YLA from any and all liability for individuals or belongings during YLA Scholar Days, events, and activities.
